At JNR Vape US (jnrvape.us), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of vaping products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with U.S. regulations.
ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If your order is successfully cancelled before it ships, you will receive a full refund.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@jnrvape.us.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns under limited conditions.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returned items must not show signs of use or tampering
⚠️ For safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on opened, used, or tampered vaping products, including disposable vapes and e-liquids, unless the product is defective upon arrival.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Return addresses are provided by our customer service team.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (this includes returns)

No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns

If a return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will cover the return shipping cost

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
